Starting Out is a mobile speech pathology practice servicing children from birth to 6 years of age in the Adelaide Hills and surrounding areas.
Our Philosophy
Starting Out is focused on providing high quality, evidence based speech pathology services to children and their families.
- Holistic
- We believe that children learn best and are most comfortable in their natural environments so therapy is provided in your home, childcare, kindy or school.
- Inclusive
- Parents know their child best and are the experts on their child’s abilities and needs. We will work with you to set goals and develop strategies that are meaningful to you and your child.
- Practical
- We believe that therapy does not stop with us. Goal setting will be embedded into everyday routines to maximise learning opportunities throughout the day.
- Collaborative
- We will collaborate with other professionals involved in your child’s care to ensure the best outcome for your child's development.
